Our approach is similar to "tough love". We look for the positive, and focus on motivation and encouragement. At the same time, we are also bluntly honest. If something is being done that is not in the best interest of your company, your staff or the senior consumer, we are going to tell you. Then we will work together to discover the potential solutions and agree to a course of action that is needed to improve your census.

We do not take joy in designing solutions that sit on the shelf. So we make our remedies doable. We organize actions, create time lines and goals, provide checklists, create strategies, design websites, and much more. Also, we can support our clients' marketing efforts with specific services.

At the same time, we try to keep the client within their comfort zone and earn their "buy-in" to the course of action. We know from experience that without the client's support and passion, our plans cannot be successful.

In addition, our clients are held accountable! They are required to make commitments and take the necessary action to keep those commitments.

(Fees: $150/hour, $575/half day, $1,100/day)  There is a 2 hour minimum.

If 2 hours or 2 days is not enough time, you may want to be innovative and make us an important part of your marketing team by retaining our services on a regular basis. Discounts from our daily rate are offered on these long-term contracts.

Note: Clients are responsible for transportation time and expenses.
